Estate Probate
Mr. Pitts works regularly with families whose loved one has passed regarding the disposition of their property, both through the probate process and outside of the probate process. Testate (when someone dies with a will) and intestate (dying without will) proceedings are handled with the utmost respect for the Decedant's family.
